During the visit, President Muizzu plans to highlight the Maldives’ development needs, particularly in areas like environmental protection, modern technology, and sustainable growth. He also intends to address the need for reforms within the United Nations, emphasizing the importance of the Maldives’ voice being heard on the global stage.

“The aim of this trip is to engage with as many leaders and organizations as possible and to make sure the Maldives’ voice is heard on the world stage. This will be a journey that will bring benefits to our people,” President Muizzu assured.
