President Muizzu Extends Gratitude to Saudi Arabia for Hajj Arrangements

President H.E. Dr. Mohamed Muizzu has conveyed his heartfelt appreciation to the Royal Government of Saudi Arabia for their exceptional arrangements during the Hajj pilgrimage season. In a letter addressed to His Royal Highness Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince and Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, President Muizzu expressed deep gratitude for the hospitality and logistical support extended to Hajj pilgrims.

Highlighting the importance of Hajj as a time of compassion, generosity, and unity within the Muslim Ummah, President Muizzu prayed for blessings of mutual understanding, harmony, and peace bestowed by Almighty Allah upon the Ummah.

The letter also included warm congratulations and best wishes to the Crown Prince, the Royal Government, and the people of Saudi Arabia on the auspicious occasion of Eid al-Adha.

President Muizzu concluded by conveying his wishes for the Crown Prince’s good health and well-being, as well as continued prosperity and happiness for the brotherly people of Saudi Arabia.

The exchange of sentiments between the Maldives and Saudi Arabia underscores the strong diplomatic ties and mutual respect between the two nations during this sacred period.
