Pakistan High Commission Donates Computers to Ministry of Islamic Affairs

Today, the Pakistan High Commission in Maldives made a charitable contribution by donating computer equipment to the Ministry of Islamic Affairs. The donation included 10 computer systems and 7 laptops, which were formally handed over during a ceremony held at the ministry earlier this morning.

Ambassador Mohamed Fayyaz Gilani, representing the Pakistan High Commission, presented the equipment to Minister Mohamed Shaheem Ali Saeed on behalf of the Islamic Ministry.

During his remarks at the ceremony, Ambassador Gilani emphasized the strong bilateral relations between Maldives and Pakistan. He reassured that Pakistan remains committed to assisting Maldives in various capacities and highlighted the mutual commitment to enhancing Islamic ties between the two nations.

Minister  Shaheem expressed gratitude to Ambassador Gilani and Pakistan for their ongoing support and cooperation, particularly towards the Ministry of Islamic Affairs.

The event was attended by officials from the Ministry of Islamic Affairs and representatives from the Pakistan Embassy in Maldives.

Last week, the Pakistan High Commission had also contributed by donating 32 Smart TVs to Salaahuddeen School in Hulhumale, demonstrating their continued efforts to support education and development initiatives in Maldives.
