As part of the visit, Minister Muththalib also participated as a key speaker in a panel discussion titled “New Frontiers: Balance and Innovation in the Real Estate Landscape.”

Saudi Arabia has been a longstanding development partner of the Maldives, with ongoing projects such as the expansion of Velana International Airport (VIA) among several Saudi-funded infrastructure initiatives in the country.
