The Maldives’ most prestigious international hospitality trade fair, Lily International FHA Maldives 2025, is gearing up for a grand return from 7–9 September at Central Park, Hulhumalé. Organisers say this year’s edition will be the biggest in its history, featuring a record number of exhibitors from around the world.

The three-day event will host companies from Germany, the United States, the UAE, China, India, Sri Lanka, Malaysia, Singapore, and several other countries, highlighting the Maldives’ growing influence as a hub for global hospitality and F&B businesses.

With more than 170 world-class resorts and a rapidly growing food and beverage sector, the Maldives continues to attract international suppliers seeking to tap into one of the most dynamic hospitality landscapes in the region. FHA Maldives 2025 will provide a rare platform for exhibitors to connect directly with resort operators, hotel groups, procurement heads, and large-scale retailers.

Exhibitors will showcase products and services across a wide range of sectors including food production, hotel amenities, spa and wellness, safety and security, kitchen equipment, and apparel. The platform also offers businesses opportunities to launch new products, explore export markets, and secure long-term distribution partnerships.

Adding to the event’s prestige is the return of the Global Culinary Challenge, which will draw professional chefs from more than 20 countries. A highlight of FHA Maldives, the competition showcases creativity, skill, and innovation in gastronomy.

New for 2025 is the Tea Sommeliers category, a first for the Maldives, celebrating the artistry of tea culture. This addition underscores the event’s expanding focus on blending tradition with modern hospitality trends. Last year’s edition featured over 400 chefs competing in 21 categories with more than 600 entries, and organisers say this year will “raise the bar even higher.”

On the exhibition floor, FHA Maldives 2025 is already exceeding last year’s performance. More than 150 exhibitors have confirmed their participation, representing over 7,000 international brands. The event will also feature 100+ product launches and is expected to attract more than 5,000 visitors.

“FHA Maldives has grown into a true hub for international hospitality networking, knowledge sharing, and partnerships,” said Imran Hassan, Managing Director of Dhivehi Expo Services Pvt. Ltd. “This year’s edition is set to create unmatched opportunities for businesses across the region.”

Now in its second decade, FHA Maldives has become a must-attend event for the global hospitality industry. With momentum building rapidly and exhibitor slots nearly filled, organisers note that a few spaces remain for businesses eager to join what is being billed as the hospitality trade event of the year.
