Simplifying Cross-Border Shopping

Officials say the platform removes common barriers associated with international online shopping, including the need for an Indian delivery address. Users can browse, purchase and receive items through a single integrated system managed by Maldives Post.

Global Ducan allows customers to shop across multiple platforms within one interface, with items added to a unified cart and paid for in a single transaction after price confirmation.

How to Access the Service

The platform is available via mobile app and web. Users can download the app or access the website through the following links:

Once registered, users can select their preferred e-commerce platform within the app, choose items and complete purchases without needing separate logins for each site.

Growing Popularity Among Maldivians

Maldives Post noted that Global Ducan is gaining traction among local users, reflecting increasing demand for accessible and convenient international shopping options.

The service supports purchases across a variety of categories, including lifestyle products, electronics, kitchenware and wellness items, with delivery arranged to all parts of the country.

Customer Support

Customers seeking further information can contact Maldives Post’s call centre at 3315555 or use the “Talk” feature available on its website for assistance.

Officials say the initiative represents a significant step in expanding e-commerce access for Maldivians, offering a streamlined and reliable way to shop internationally while strengthening postal and logistics services nationwide.
