The Bank of Maldives (BML) has opened applications for its 2024 Graduate Internship Program, offering students an opportunity to gain practical work experience in the banking sector.
The one-year program is aimed at students currently enrolled in higher education institutions in the Maldives. It provides participants with hands-on experience in various business units, departments, and branches of the bank. The initiative is designed to enhance students’ skills and prepare them for future careers in the financial sector, with the potential to secure permanent positions at BML or other financial institutions.
Interns will receive a monthly salary of MVR 6,000, along with benefits such as a Ramadan bonus and paid leave. Applications for the program are being accepted online until September 17 through the bank’s official careers portal.
